We build public-private partnerships to connect and align the goals of government and private industry to efficiently transfer technology and knowledge into the industrial base.

We are committed to diversity and inclusion. As passionate advocates for women in engineering, the composition of our team reflects our commitment. We elevate women in STEM by advocating for gender diversity in panels and engaging with Women in AM Forum in Berlin and Wi3DP. TBGA is also a Corporte Member of Women in Manufacturing.

We believe education is critical to our industry’s success and invest in all levels from grade school to graduate school, instructing collegiate and graduate-level courses, and supporting industry-leading research.
